I decided to treat my partner by riding along to the casino. Disclaimer: I am Not a gambler. This is a small casino but on the bright side it is smoke free! Hey! Hey! Bring your ID. 😁 My brother and Mother, also 'High Rollers', gladly tagged along. This casino is clean and bright - no dingy, sketchy, gambling house. My partner slipped me $50- mainly to get rid of me - but knowing I was going to put it in my pocket as he and my bro headed to the tables to play Black Jack and Craps respectively. Ma, she hit the slots! All of her tapping and talking to the machines drove me to walk around and people watch. As I walked the floor I noticed a few table games like Black Jack, Poker, Roulette, and Craps - the staples. They also had a few electronic versions of the same. Being that it was the 4th of July weekend, I kinda expected more people and more tables to be open but as a business major I have to appreciate Supply & Demand. The slots definitely outnumbered the tables - as usual- and the bells, dings, and lights had me in a small trance for a minute. I shook it off on my way to the bar and met a great bartender! Drinks are a little pricey, $9 for a draft beer (Stella or Blue Moon) and $5 for a can of Budweiser. Of course, bottled water is free. Unfortunately the food service stopped at midnight and I was starving! But there are games at the bar and I sat and sipped on my beer. I won $10 on the bar game because I accidentally played $10 and didn't know how to get my money back and had to play- but a Win is a Win!! 😂 In hindsight I could've cashed out - but i did say, I am Not a Gambler. 😆 I did go sit and pull a slot for $10 worth of time but by the time i understood how the payout worked it was time to go. The casino closes at 2 am!!! What the Hellie?! No love lost though, WE 😂 walked out $2K richer in 2 hours. I would say we lucked up. My brother hit as well and my Mom collected her 'Collection Plate' money from all attendees. 😁 From the conversations in the car I would pass on information that the games are fair and the tables aren't rigged. 9/24/23 Terrible Customer Service by The MANAGER VONDA. Decided to stop by at around 1 A.M. to which she had me kicked out by security due to HER assumption that I didn’t have proper Identification. Since she’s a MANAGER she should be expected to have superb customer service. Especially if the guest isn’t being disruptive & disrespectful. Her Actions were disgusting to say the least. I originally went at 1 A.M. without an ID. I asked the person that cards at the entrance if a picture on my phone would be accepted ( as I had forgotten my ID at the hotel) to which he politely said no. I then kindly asked if maybe his manager would allow it & he said he doubted it but that he’d call her. She came and immediately had an attitude saying “absolutely not” to which I very kindly said “okay I understand” Afterwards, my friends and I decided to go back to the hotel to get my ID since we were staying less than 10 mins away from the casino. We came back, my ID was SCANNED at the entrance then we proceeded to get drinks from the bar. The bartender did NOT ask me for an ID since he knows people are carded at the entrance. We then go the first machine put our money in when all of a sudden this manager comes to me raising her voice at me telling me she denied me entry and that I “Shouldn’t be here” to which I quickly was offended by. She didn’t even ask to see my ID. Had she done so I would’ve had no problem showing it to her. The fact that she ASSUMED i was there without ID infuriated me. She publicly humiliated me. Does she not trust her team members at the entrance that card people? Does she think they aren’t doing their one and only job which is to check for ID’s in order to be granted access to the casino? Smh utterly...

How do I start this. This casino has potential to be so much more. Ivecome here once a year to see if anything has changed..not much. It's been the same tired machines. The high limits room-not enough modern machines. Even the intermediary machines (only 2 parked outside high limits). Why have a ton of one arm bandit machines when only 1-2 people using them? Get some more modern machines in there. Younger people like to take bigger risks so why not cater to that and leave a few of the older machines for the old skoolers. Take out 6 older machines and put in a few more new ones. You got 2 dragon link, 2 all-aboard and 1 other I cant recall. That's it. ALL that wasted space with no one on the old machines.

Regular slot floor: Guess which machines were taken up? Dollar link and the dragon links. On a Friday late afternoon people snuggly parked themselves at those machines and stayed. Cant say that I blame them. I walked it from one end to the other and by 6 all newer modern popular machines were taken. What was left were a LOT and I mean a LOT of older machines sitting empty. GET RID OF MOST OF THOSE. For every empty machine-you are losing money.

Smoking area machines-COME ON. The crappiest of crappy machines?

Take a ride out to MGM National Harbor and see how they do smoking areas.

I came in with $3K, walked around to try and get on a modern machine and walked right back out.

Also why aren't you card matching from other casinos?

I cant figure out why this casinos goals are? Improve? I dont see it. Sorry for the harsh review but honestly-this could be so much more and I feel like corporate is not...
