This company is a waste in every aspect. There is so much to explain. If I were you, I would shop else where. I am having to file complaints with several agencies and see an attorney to get $3,800 of repairs completed. Here is one thing. We had an insurance adjuster come out. He did the required paperwork. They sent us a check in mine and my wife name. We started the repairs, it was worse then expected. We contacted the adjuster again, he did the required paperwork. This time they sent us a check, in mine, my wife and a mortgage name we do not have, so we can not cash the check and they are refusing to re-issue another check for the 3,800 When you try to talk to anyone there, they have no clue and step all over themselves when trying to give answers from the side of their neck. I would keep looking for another insurance company, or you will find yourself writing one of these and getting tied...
