Some prior reviews gave good directions and procedural instructions. Turn onto Alliance, then when you get to the circle turn left to the guard shack. The security person will give you directions and inspect the seal. Pull around to the right in line outside the gate between the guard shack and docks. Security said that trucks hit the curb on that right turn all the time but I didn’t find it difficult to navigate and I’m a new driver. Park in line and walk your documents into the office at the end of the building (if facing docks it’s to the left of the docks). The office will call you with a door number. Leave doors closed and do not break seal. The dock staff will break seal and open your doors once you are backed in. When you are lined up, slide tandems to rear. There is sufficient room to set up and back up but I was having some trouble getting positioned so thank you to the driver who stepped out and gave me some coaching and tips. I know some people get offended if help is offered but for me, it is always appreciated. I was running late past my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. They worked me in and I was in and out of there in no time at all. My appointment was at 4p, I wasn’t able to make it until 530p. They had me unloaded and out by 9p. At another facility, I was delayed by weather and they told me to come back another day so I am truly grateful for them getting me in today. Security and office staff were pleasant...

Better reviews. Improvements have been made. Use satellite view of property. This is an easy delivery. Slow is smooth - - smooth is fast. Friendly helpful visible staff. No long walks. It was a fast unloading my first time; about to deliver here again. On arrival enter left check in with guard. Follow directions. Proceed in clockwise direction (there is a drop off on your left near the fence in front of the first dock doors stay on the improved surface never go on the grass you will be sorry). Trailer doors stay shut. Take paperwork to receiving office. They will call you when the unloading is complete. Finish your paperwork and exit to the right. I don't know about night delivery speeds. No over night parking. No near by parking or travel stop.. if you are in a rush if you're late take a breath and give it a chance to work out for the best. Friendly staff, and quick unloading. You CAN park overnight here, the guard will check you in and direct you where to park. HOWEVER, once you are empty, you must leave the premises.

Tip: If you try and type in Harris-Mason's address, you will have difficulty doing so, as Google and Rand McNally haven't updated their maps yet to show HM's facility. It's actually at the end of Alliance Drive in the cul-de-sac. You can type in the address of the fire station at the corner of Mason-Montgomery and Alliance (4420 Mason-Montgomery Rd.) and that will at least get you to Alliance.
