Kathy Johnson was wonderful! The receptionist was friendly. The wait wasn’t bad either. I will never go back to NMMC Eupora again! I was there a 7 days earlier and waited 2 1/2 hours before being seen by the doctor. After a total 4 hours and a waste of my time....I definitely had sinus infection, swollen glands, start of laryngitis and Bronchitis. Also need to transfer a prescription from Ohio to Mississippi and had all of my medical records transferred to them from my doctor....she wouldn’t re-write it. I Didn’t even get prescribe an antibiotic! Webster Urgent Care definitely will be my “Go To” if I ever need medical attention while in Mississippi. Thank you Webster Urgent Care and Kathy Johnson! So thankful that I started coming to this place because they have helped me more than anyone else ever has! They are extremely nice, will actually sit with you and talk and explain things to and with you. They care more than any others I have ever seen. All these years that I've been going to doctors and to emergency room and always have high blood pressure nobody ever did anything for me but when I came here they fixed me right up with medication that I probably should have been on many years ago. After testing positve for covid and being turned down at my primary care clinic that I have gone to since I was a little girl, I drove straight to urgent care in Mathiston. The entire staff was nice to me and not once did they deny to see me. Amy Cain went over and aboard to make sure my needs were met. Now, I will consider her as being my primary provider from here on out. There's nothing like being treated and seen by those who care. They have treated my children well also.
