Fred Biggs Electric Supply — Local services in Mattoon

My niece and I just left Fred Biggs electric in Mattoon! We had the same amount of wire we had a week and a half ago and feel as if we have been ripped off! We received $40 for the wire last week and $10 today! When I went back in to ask for my receipt they would not even acknowledge that I was there while the two ladies sitting in the office behind the window stared at me!! Hope this isn't how you treat all your customers! This was ridiculous!! And a waste of our time and gas! If your gonna run a business you better get some people skills!!...

Great place to do business! Whenever I need materials, they have everything in stock, or at the other store in Charleston... if they don't have it, they can get it within a couple days. Every person I've spoken with, or was helped by, when im there, has been very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They also deliver when needed... thats huge! I'm a loyal customer of Fred...
