Circle Island Tours — Local services in Maui

Horrible...schedule tour was 7:30 am....tour van did not arrive until 7:56 am. Some folks were waiting since 7:15 & 7 am. A man came out of a black van, I was informed by another driver that this man's name was Kentucky, the owner of the company Circle Island Tours. I asked this man , Kentucky , as I was informed Kentucky, it was 7:45 am and i asked him about the status/ eta of the van for myself & my family. This man responded, you are on Hawaii time, how rude. I am a paying customer, who has been waiting for my tour for over 25 minutes. I am a tourist , not knowing where my van is, wanting to make sure I am at the correct place and he has the nerve to respond to me sarcastically. Many people were waiting & confused & worried they missed their tour. I will never use this company again. It is 8:13 am & we r still not on our way. Horrible, rude service.. NEVER AGain...!!! NO CIRCLE...

What a great tour, we learned about how coffee was made, saw a black sand beach with a turtle, an active volcano, waterfalls, tasted delicious Portuguese donuts at the bakery, went to an amazing lookout point and ended the trip watching the sun set which was icing on the cake!

Brett our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the island in addition to a myriad of facts on volcanoes! I learned soooo much!

He added lots of humour to the trip as well which made it a great experience for our two kids who were under the age of 10.

Went from BAD to WORSE. HORRIBLE-DISORGANIZED TOUR Got picked up at 7:30am and driven around town 15 min. Then, we were moved to another bus with no explanation. Bus driver/tour guide was new. He could not work the microphone and couldn't do any commentary because he said he really didn't know anything. And the bus AC did not work. We basically drove around, stopped at some stores, and then, on the way to Dole, the bus died along the side of the road. None of the stops were tours of any kind but rather stops at stores to...
