Maui Plane Rides — Local services in Maui

My friends and I went on the Sunset flight last night and I’m glad we did this! Eric the pilot is very nice, professional, and wants to make this the best trip!

Right away we had fun with the boarding of the plane because you must step onto the wing, has a real Indiana Jones feel to it. My friend in the front seat was able to Fly the Plane! Seriously, at the start of the runway my friend controlled the cockpit and took off down the runway and put the plane into flight, Eric the pilot coached him through it. Super cool to watch and be a part of!

The famous Maui sunset was spectacular by air. The plane is cozy and the windows are big so seeing the coastline from either side was easy! Great views of Maui’s cliffs, water, rainforest and waterfalls. We had Champaign and wine while watching the sun set!

When we went in for landing the sky was very dark and we could see the lights of Maui; however, seeing the runway from the cockpit and pilot’s perspective was very impressive. I had never seen that and it was very cool. Also, a super smooth landing.

This is an exceptional way to enjoy a private plane ride and air tour of Maui as only three people + the pilot can fly...

Eric was so accommodating, he met up with us very last minute as we were heading back to Kaanapali from watching the sunrise at Haleakala. At first we wanted to do a helicopter tour but since it was last minute planning (full accountability here!) on our part, there weren't many options available. We decided to search through yelp and Eric's company was at the top of the list. We gave this company a try based on the raving reviews and we were beyond satisfied! Eric was so chill and gave great guidance on how to takeoff his plane - what a thrill! And once we were in the air he let me continue to control the plane (with his guidance) - how awesome is that! We decided to take the 30 min tour along the Hana route/coast since Tropical Storm Olivia had just passed 2 days prior - hoping for some nice waterfalls. What a treat we had - the views were SO wonderful! What makes this company stand out is the small business feel, the great service, and the fact that he went out of his way to give us one of most memorable experiences ever! I look forward to returning again and hope to take his half day tour to the Big Island....

I booked a reservation online weeks in advance. When calling to confirm the reservation (poor reservation notifications via email) a few days in advance, I was greeted by a RUDE man that was annoyed with my request to confirm the reservation; this employee was unprofessional (answered hello not with a business greeting) and hung up on me after asking him if I'm actually calling a business or a personal number. After hearing him say "you called this number, what do you want" multiple times he proceeded to hang up! ....And sent me to straight to voicemail thereafter. This level of professionalism is unacceptable and frankly I'm in shock I would be treated this way!

If this is the way a customer is treated prior to boarding their planes, I can only image the lack of integrity that follows.

I WOULD NOT recommend booking with this company.
