Fly Maui — Local services in Maui

While on vacation last month I thought I'd consider doing a BFR while in Maui to have a new experience and finally put a "P" airport in my logbook. Leslie was great and scheduled me with A.J. (CFI) who did an outstanding job. He was able to challenge me and help hone my skills flying in wind common near the islands and with the busier than I'm used to class C airspace. He knew his stuff and challenged me, but was laid back to make the experience fun and educational. Thanks for a good time and refreshing me for another two years. I went on a discovery/introductory flight with the CFI Ovick on 6/16/20 and had an awesome time!

After shopping around, they had the cheapest offer for this type of flight on the whole island, and it was a great deal.

I started communications via text with Leslie who responded quickly and I was able to set up to have my flight just days after talking with her. She was very informative and easy to talk to.

I met with Ovick, the CFI who immediately put me at ease with his relaxed, while still professional and knowledgeable, attitude.

Our trip was Saturday, 11/9/19. The whole experience was so awesome! Leslie is very sweet, thoughtful and informative. She makes the process easy. Ovick, the CFI, is patient, flexible and knowledgeable - about aviation and the Hawaiian Islands. We saw everything on my list and then some! And Ovick shared a lot of cultural history of the different places we visited. Such a treat! My husband flew left seat along the sea cliffs of Molokai, Shipwreck Beach of Lanai, over Molokini and up and over Haleakalā. It was such an amazing trip!! I loved every minute!!
