Updating my review after using D-U-B for the 3rd time because it's just been such a pleasure renting from these guys. Great communication, really friendly and helpful staff, I can't say enough good things about Tom and his crew. We had a boat change and with it a sudden change of plans with our boaters, and one of the D-U-B crew hooked us up with a last minute PFD delivery in Maupin City Park that pretty saved our trip. COMPLETELY RUDE employees at this establishment. Like most “guided” boat companies, they feel it’s their due diligence to monopolize the boat ramps with their use-to-be-cool-in-the 80’s short buses for hours on end ignoring private boaters who have all the same rights they do to use the ramp. Instead, they stand around and play with each others shriveled private parts rather than clear the ramp for the next boater to use, good river manners boys, keep up...

My whole family had an amazing time white water rafting the Deschutes River. Our guide Cole was absolutely amazing. We had a boatload of young girls about 10 years old and he showed them the ropes that made them masters of the river. He really knew how to engage them with fun games and stories about the river.
