I don’t know if the woman was having a bad day or what, but she was rude to me while checking out. I asked to put in my rewards number and she was huffing and puffing at me. I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day, but it definitely wasn’t a great experience. To say the least, it doesn’t feel great going somewhere and feeling like an inconvenience while you’re just trying to checkout. I get they probably have quite a few rude, entitled customers, but not all people are like that.
