I understand that there is a receipt policy, but when you purchase something you don’t expect to have return and the receipt gets thrown away then those rules should not apply. I purchased a relaxer from there and the relaxer had a very milky consistency. I called the store to see if I could still return it, as I did not have my receipt, but I had the milky relaxer and just wanted to do an exchange. People work there are friendly store clean. The only issue i have is masks when Assistant Manager or whomever in charge when they come from behind that counter and walk around have on a Mask she didn't.
