At 5:35pm they hadn't delivered the items, when I called cust care the asked for order number, at this point was 5:47pm, the rep hang up the call and when I tried to call again the sistem told me it was late and I couldn't be helped. Next day I called to verify where were my items and the rep told me after 10 min on the phone that they didn't deliver on friday because the didn't had diesel on the trucks 🤪. However they rescheduled for Monday, the truck driver called me and because we didn't answer on time they continued with the route and told a had to wait until the next day if I could be at home again for the 3rd day. Maybe the driver doesn't know how to read because my hone address was detailed on the order or simply he doesn't know Google Maps. However been waiting 3 consecutive days for these irresponsible company to deliver my purchase. A business can do better at the following: greeting the customer, following up with the customer, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely fashion. Also, easily addressed, hire customer service reps and salesmen for distinction. It may be cheaper to have both jobs to be utilized under one individual, but it causes a poor customer experience. Per example, when me and my wife were furnishing our house, we chose to go to Berrios first. We walk into the show house and was not greeted and the CSR/Salesperson when we approached stated that they had two people that they were assisting before us. Okay. Fine.
