This review would have gotten 5 stars if not for Tacos La Jarochita being "authentic Mexican". My husband and I thought it was the weirdest thing. It looked like you were eating tacos but didn't taste anything like mexican tacos. They were, however, delicious! I liked the carne asada and carnitas the best. We both found the al pastor to be dry. If you go, make sure to get the limonada, it was so good! Disclaimer that this review was written by a Colorado residing half Puerto Rican married to a full Mexican who simply wanted to see what mexican food in PR would be like.

It's a food truck, so there's outdoor seating with a group of roosters nearby who are polite -but appreciate a few nachos from your plate. Super friendly service and layered flavors in the consomme. This couple can cook!

The food is good. I think the salsa is good and actually has a kick to it. Not crazy about the tortillas but better than what you can buy at the store. I definitely want to come back and try other menu items.
