Don't think I'll be going back to this movie theater anytime soon or probably ever again with the treatment I got when I went to try and take my 6 year old and 16 year old brother to the showing at 4pm for the new Minecraft movie. First off I just want to say I completely understand when it's really busy and you get distracted but that doesn't excuse the way I was treated when waiting for one pretzel we were in line for quite a while and then when I asked for a pretzel I was told that it would be a couple minutes mind you they had three pretzels sitting in their warmer so I'm not sure what they were talking about but I just went to the side and waited they ended up helping everybody that was in line and I was the last one standing there just for them to sit there and give me the pretzel that's been sitting there all while we were waiting so we literally missed 30 minutes of the movie just because of that so whenever we went into the movie theaters and we got inside there was literally people lined up against the wall and some sitting on the floor cause there was literally nowhere to sit so we ended up finding a corner to sit in and ended up sitting on the floor as well I took pictures when I went in there so I can have a timeline of everything we got inside the movie at like 4:34 and then they decided to tell us to leave our spot and find somewhere else to sit at 5:29 so they decided to wait until the movie had like 20 minutes left to tell us that us sitting on the floor is a fire hazard so over all my experience with going there was not the best I paid for a ticket just to have to end up sitting on the floor and then being told to move when there was clearly no spots to sit and I didn't even get to enjoy the movie or know what's was going on all because I was waiting 30 minutes...

So the lady selling the tickets was very kind, I'm sorry I would give her a better mention if I had paid closer attention to her name. But the popcorn was horrible and burnt tasting. I find it hard to believe that the staff didn't know this. Every single snack worker was pretty young, I believe they should have a supervisor overseeing them. They weren't unkind but just not making sure your snacks was worth what you paid for them. Now the worst part was how extremely hot it was in there!! Normally it's cold in them to me. It was just last Sunday 6/23/24 we were there watching Bikeriders in theater 1 and was sweating like crazy.We are thankful that there is a theater here but come on owners, Prices charged are enough to keep up on maintenance and upgrading. It's time to replace seating!! You should really take heed to...

Edit: I came back for Sound of Freedom. The surround sound was not working and the management left the lights and doors on during trailers. I asked staff twice to shut the doors, dim lights, and to fix the surround sound.

The came in and said they couldn't do anything about it.

Service up front is only surface level, inexperienced and unwilling staff to fix the issues gives them a 1☆ REVIEW.

Small town vibe. Went on a Monday.
