Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in McAlester

I'll try to keep it short, but here is my experience. I was treated very poorly by the person taking my order. He's a brief summary of my experience. I drove up with a great attitude and the person taking the order just looked at me with no greeting whatsoever. So I started to tell the young woman my order and she cuts me off mid sentence, and asks me "what is your name going to be for the order?". .I tell her my name and then she ask me what I would like to order. I tell her my order and she just takes the card, scans it, and gives it back without saying a word. So I just drive, to the next part to pick up my order. I have dark skin so I'm not sure if that is an issue but who knows. They seemed friendly to the person ahead of me. They were nice and pleasant at the food pick up, but you have a bad apple in your group. Easy description- this female has very bad facial acne and she has a slim body. Where do I begin? As soon as we pulled in the drive thru for lunch, there was a bad vibe. Manny who took our order was immediately rude to us when ordering and it felt very rushed. No wonder he thought I ordered diet dr pepper, homie was not listening. Shocker though because he asked me 20 questions about my order. Which by the way was (2) 8 count nugget meals and a chicken strip meal. We get up to the window and the girl at the window read our order. She literally argued with me about if I ordered a diet dr pepper. After she handed us our order, she just walked away without saying anything? So we pulled into a parking space to eat. I pulled out our meal and there was a LONG curly black hair at the bottom of our bag. None of us have black curly hair. So I go inside. The girls in there asked if I wanted our food remade… duh. Possibly the worst Chick-Fil-A on the planet. Ordered the chicken club sandwich, got a regular. Went up and talked to someone who promptly said she’d fix it, which was great…however they must have just thrown it together as fast as they could and honestly it was just yucky. I barely ate any of it. And the bathrooms were a disaster! My husband said there were no paper towels in the men’s room. Along with no paper towels in the ladies room one stall was just grow, pee all over the floor. Five women waiting to use the restroom and only two were useable. One employee came in to replace the paper towels and didn’t even realize she had grabbed toilet paper.. I’m not sure she knew how r to replace the paper towels...
