On an initial note I did message Erin about my concerns after being dissatisfied and, as was the theme for our communications, I never received a response. During my talks with Erin if I did receive a response she would ask the same question each time, despite it being answered in my last message. It got to a point where I just started copying and pasting my last message. She then went on vacation and I did not get a response for over ten days. Setting up auto reply is not hard.

In addition to all of this, I was given a 25 hour notice that I would be charged a tasting fee. This was never mentioned in the paper work I was given, not mentioned on the dozen or so messages I sent, and I was given this information in an untimely manner.

While running a small business is hard, communicating is not. Erin will waste your time in a way that cannot be made up for that quality of food or catering service. It is absolutely disrespectful and not worth jeopardizing your event over a miscommunication. It took me almost a month to set up a tasting alone. Based off of that experience, I do not have the confidence that Erin will be able to meet your event's catering needs.

We used Erins catering company for our daughters HS graduation and we were so pleased! I met with Erin about 2 months prior and she went over the entire menu and was very honest about how much to order for the 150 people we were having because I was unsure how to plan for it. She helped us coordinate everything from the entrees to the sides and desserts. Our friends and family were so pleased with the food quality and how she displayed it all for us! Her fruit tray was was especially top notch! She brought her one worker to help assist with the serving to make sure everything always looked perfect on the platters and fresh for everyone throughout the day, we had many people ask after the party for her...

I wish I could give more stars!!!!! Erin’s food is out of this world!!!! The taste, the presentation, the care that goes into providing the freshest ingredients combined with the utmost professionalism is above and beyond!!! As a wedding DJ and coordinator, I have seen a lot of menus and tasted more food than I can even begin to say Erin’s stands out every time!!! Don’t even get me started on the baked goods!!! Erin works tirelessly to make sure that, during this pandemic, people have the opportunity to have wholesome, delicious, home cooked meals for themselves and their families!!
