AMAZING place all around.

Bike service - excellent and my experience has been quick turnaround with comparatively cheaper priced than other places (for what I think is better quality). They have fixed what is needed, never felt like I've had unnecessary/surprise work added on, and even gave me a heads up of what future maintenance or possible issues I should watch for...I give them my full trust!

Staff - They happily answer questions and you can tell they love talking about mtb, and provide their honest take on things including nuances I would not have guessed

Bikes - retail and demo mtbs so dreamy that I weird people out by asking if I am in reality or a simulation while inside the glowing aura of these fine...

These guys are real riders ( enduro racing ). They carry the coolest, most beautiful bikes. They have a demo fleet to try out ( which isn't easy to find in this part of the country). Their shop is right next to great trails to demo. But the best thing about buying a bike from them, was they gave me awesome advice to help me get the best bike against my own thinking. That is why it's worth it to deal with a real professional bike shop. I found them on the internet, and drove 2 1/2 hrs and got it all figured out in a week. Just looove the bike! Definitely...

This is my new favorite bike shop. They truly care about helping people. I could not find one shop in Pittsburgh that would do an on the spot brake bleed but these guys did it on a Sunday! Also, when I went in I didn’t know my suspension was setup wrong. I didn’t have to say anything for them to help me with it. They showed me how to properly set my bike up for me. Later in the day I got a flat after trying my new setup. I brought my bike back to trailflo and they helped me diagnose and fix my tire. These are the most knowledgeable mtb...
