We went for Friday lunch -- our first time there, and it was a fish-fry day too. Arrived about 12:30 (the signs on the tables say they open at 11 for fish fry). The line was out the door and down the stairs, but it took just 20 mins or so until we were seated and eating. Well worth the wait! The best fish we've had so far this Lent, plus you get a lot of food for the Entree price. The sides we chose with our fish sandwiches were stewed tomatoes, fresh-made potato chips, and mac & cheese. All were VERY good - just a little bit 'elevated' from what we've been eating! The fresh tartar sauce was delicious! With the entree you get a beverage (soda fountain drinks, iced tea, coffee/tea), plus a dessert. Eat-in or Take-out, all in the same line. Bakery items for sale also (very reasonable prices). Credit cards accepted. The line of customers was gone by about 1pm. Doors closed promptly at 1:30, but there were still lots of folks eating in the dining room...
