After locking my door out when I had it propped open up for a reason they asked me if I could kindly open the door for them because I’m a kind person I walked over the and I opened the door and behind my back the door was kicked closed and we were locked out for two and half hours until my landlord could get there and then when they came back to get the base of the couch they left behind they said the would help me get the other could upsptairs just the base of it and they never did they just their stuff and left. Leaving my couch in my truck for 6 weeks and because I’m a single mother and abuse victim without friends here it sat there for 6 weeks and I’ve no friends here yet so the only person I could rely on was my 17 years old daughter we both work 6 a week and we needed our car to bring clothes to laundry mat because landmark apartments still had no washer and dryer to use I was in tears and I was let down all they care about is your money they aren’t your friends especially if you’re going through a hard time so if you’re like me and going through a hard time just rugg it out I promise you in the end it would be worth it y’all people have no idea how much time and money I wasted on those who didn’t really care about their customers at all I don’t lie on my reviews I’m 38 almost 39 yrs old and they had two men with them and I was will ing to help out was only one base of one couch and if they couldn’t do it they should have just said so but they didn’t they even left their couch roller here when they ran off the first time and it was still there waiting on them to remember they had responsibilities to that roller it was store property if it had been me I would have helped only because I know how hard it is and honestly that hurt my feelings badly and I simply wish ppl wouldn’t lie to me if it’s a no that can’t just say so it’s not hard I’d have...

I have dealt with Ace rent to own through many different ways through out the years. I have been a reference for some people and have got my own stuff from them. I personally haven’t had the greatest of experiences until recently. Tom the new GM and his staff especially Dane have been amazing to work with. They’re fun and witty and definitely will work with you in every way imaginable. Definitely some genuine dudes looking to brighten your day whether it just be with a laugh, getting you what you need, or being considerate to money troubles. They don’t just look out for the business but they’re customers as well- which let’s be honest is hard to come by anymore! Then you’ve got Sasha (sp? Sorry!) who is patient and nice as can be! I personally haven’t worked with her too much but from what I have experienced she’s pretty cool too! Definitely recommend going down there and seeing if y’all can get what you need for your homes or even just to pop in and say hi and check out their inventory! We recently purchased a refrigerator and realized about a week later that we needed something a little bigger. We hadn't plugged in or used the item yet. We called to see if there was anything we could do and the employee literally told my husband "sorry, your best bet is to sell it on Facebook and then come back to buy something else from us". Excuse me what? I realize sales are final but I feel like this was wrong. There was no offer to exchange the item or any kind of customer care whatsoever.
