Owner-operators Jesse & McKenzie are so friendly & easy to work with! We have special dietary needs in our family & can only dine at a handful of restaurants in town. Thankfully, Jesse has personally gone over every menu item with us that we’ve had questions about. Our favorite take-out so far is the Mad Russian pizza on a gluten-free crust. They have separate pans & utensils solely for their gluten-free pizza orders. They have dependable CC protocol in the kitchen with handwashing, glove changing, & ingredients from fresh containers for gluten-free pizza orders. The sauce base of a Mad Russian is their homemade 1000 Island dressing, topped with Kraut, corned beef that is home-cured right in the restaurant, & Swiss cheese! Chef's kiss! I would not hesitate to recommend The Station to anyone, especially those with special dietary needs.

This place is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The ribeye steak sandwich is unreal—perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. The pizza is fantastic, with a crispy crust and perfectly balanced toppings. The mac and cheese is creamy and indulgent, and the wings are out of this world with over 20 sauces to choose from! The cocktails are expertly crafted, and the service is top-notch—friendly and attentive. Plus, the restaurant offers the best view of the trains coming through, adding to the overall vibe. I can’t recommend this spot enough for amazing food, drinks, and a great atmosphere!

We eat here basically every time we travel through McCook because I just LOVE IT! Their cocktail menu is always so festive with its rotating options (had the Highland Zephyr this time and it was so good I had to order a second.) We also almost always get the Tri Bites for an appetizer because they are so fire 🤌 and the sauce it comes with is the perfect match. We tried their beer cheese and French onion soups this time and they were both phenomenal as were the burgers and huge side of pickle fries for just $3!! What a deal!

STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE. Stopped in from out of town the waitress left her handheld on the table I HAD TO TELL HER IT WAS THERE she had a bad attitude from the beginning and then the “manager” came over to let us know that the reason we sat here for over 2 hours waiting on our hood or even to come and see if we needed drink refills was because “we” took her handheld and she couldn’t turn the order in. I have never in my entire life had such HORRIBLE service and the food after 2 in a half hours was cold and disgusting. This was a party of 13 if you can’t handle it get another job. The amount of money WASTED on this trash is ridiculous. I would GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A RESTAURANT. UPDATE— I would give zero stars if I could upon leaving the “ owner “ followed us outside to again let us know how this was our fault the waitress left the handheld on the table that we should have found her and gave it to her that she went to every table looking for it but ours that’s because we weren’t even given service the entire time we were there she also took no accountability for how she approached the table now mind you 13 people heard her. Then for large parties they add a tip that’s fine for good quality food and service but seriously if this is the owner she needs to learn to run a business. The guy who was there was nice and apologized but at the end of the day most of the family lives here we are in town for a memorial and besides any of that to be treated so horribly is not ok for any business. They made a decent amount of money off food that wasn’t edible and...

Met some family here the other evening. We loved the atmosphere and decorations. From the exposed brick to the flickering lights this place has a ton of character. Whoever picked out the local brews to have on tap did a great job. Service was great and didn't take too long. I had the wings. The ghost pepper parmesan were really tasty and unique, although the hot buffalo I would rate at average. The calzone looked delicious and they had a lot of unique menu items. Look forward to going back next time I'm in town. Only complaint would be that it was very cold and the waitress didn't have a way to shut the ceiling fan above us off, but not the end of the world. Overall a neat place with good...
