Horrible, horrible experience!! BEWARE! My aunt tried to order flowers for me from Teleflora for Christmas. Teleflora used this florist. She ordered the premium arrangement. Pictures are clearly available online. The first arrangement I received did not have the correct number of red roses in it and did not have ANY cream colored roses as were featured in the arrangement. My aunt called the florist and she apologized and said she thought she had ordered the base arrangement and that she read it wrong and that she would fix it. Today I received the "new" arrangement. Still, there were no cream colored roses as pictured on the Teleflora site and in the picture and description of these flowers. She had told my aunt that they would deliver between 11 and 1. At 3:30, I still did not have the flowers. The second arrangement looked like a 2nd grader had done the arrangement and the flowers are all in terrible shape. I am so angry. My aunt paid a TON of money for six red roses that are in bad shape. She requested they come get this arrangement and just refund her money since they had two chances and still had not done it correctly or given her the correct flowers that she PAID for. Read moreLocation 1135 meriedith park drive in locust grove ga. Long post alert worth the read. On Feb 27th flowers where delivered to my neighbor home unbeknownst to me they where my flowers. I found out on my birthday Feb 28th when the person that purchased then asked if I like my gift. Once I told them I never received a gift they found out they were delivered to the wrong address. I had my daughter to go to the home where they were delivered to and ask if they received flowers the day before. They told her yes and they called the location to let them know they wasn’t expecting flowers. The location told them to just let them. My neighbor threw the card away which is crazy because she said she didn’t know who they were forever but you called the flower shop. How would you know the location without looking at the card that’s attached.?? Ok so anyway She gave the flowers to my daughter with the card missing. Flower shop was notified of the issue they came out the next day March 1st delivered the flowers to my door by sitting them on the ground I had no idea until I went to the door and looked at my camera. Read moreThe pictures below will help show what I ordered and what I received instead. Btw, those pictured were taken same day less than six hours after delivery. I ordered this bouquet to give to the host for Passover. The roses were in full bloom and way pass their prime and wilting. The lilies were also not up to par. I ordered the largest of the 3 arrangements but received this hideous combo placed in a dollar tree fish bowl. I understand the florist may have to make a few changes, I would have expected a similar to or greater the value not the other way around. They also chose to write the note instead of printing it and would have been ok if it was neat and centered instead of this sloppy unreadable hand print. I ordered thru Teleflora and hand picked a local florist. I would have been so embarrassed had I sent the flowers instead of bringing them myself. They would have gotten away with this gathering of from the garden plants had I not been the recipient. I will suggest getting fresh flowers in a box instead. The only thing they were able to do well was a delivery before 1pm for and extra service fee of $15. I will be getting a full refund of $99...
