I recently toured Weldon apartments, and I was genuinely impressed with everything I saw. The property is brand new and beautifully designed, with a modern and inviting feel from the moment you arrive.

The leasing staff was professional, friendly, and very informative especially Lynett. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcome throughout the tour. You can tell they care about creating a positive experience for future residents.

The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with large windows for natural light, and top-of-the-line appliances. The finishes and materials used are stylish and of high quality, giving the space a luxurious yet comfortable feel.

The amenities are a major highlight—everything from the fitness center to the pool area and community lounge, mail room, study room, dog park and kids playground looks amazing. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the outdoor spaces, which felt clean, quiet, and well-maintained.

Staff: The day I inquired, I was welcomed by Tiffany. Tiffany is kind, sweet, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and relatable. If meticulous were a person, it would be her. The entire staff complements each other nicely. Their dynamic works. Apartments: Beautiful, modern, and spacious. There are Samsung appliances throughout the apartment, and all are the modern versions except for the washer and dryer. The Samsung washer and dryer are new; however, they are white and not front-loading. Community: Neighbors are friendly and respectful people. You can strike up a conversation with anyone. This new community is also gated and very quiet, considering it is still under construction. Location: The Weldon by Broadstone is located on an industrial hwy, so whether it's Publix, I-75, or the Post Office, you're about 2-15 minutes from your destination.
