I contacted Rooftop Innovations McGregor location to estimate 2 homes and 1 workshop that had wind and hail damage to the roof and siding. They came the middle of July and looked. I contacted my insurance and they met with the adjuster on July 25th. My insurance company took about 6 days to pay the claim. I contacted Rooftop and told them they were sending the check and to send me their estimates. The project manager called me and asked me to send what the insurance was paying to him. I sent the information. I heard nothing. About a week later I called again and was told that they couldn't bid the siding because I had to much depreciation. I asked what difference that made and he said they make their money off what insurance pays. I asked for bids on the roofs and was told that they were sending information to my insurance company to get more money for me so I waited. In another week I called and was told the same thing. Another week and they said they would get me a bid for the roofs and they would continue to try to get more money for the siding if I would guarantee they would get the job. I said i was told you couldnt estimate it and they said they were trying to get more money for it. I asked when I would get the roof bids and they said they would get them to me as soon as they were ready. I finally received an estimate for 1 house and the workshop. I have never received estimate for the second home, or the siding or the carport they were going to get added to the claim. I emailed the owner and got no response. I texted both project managers and got no response. I just wanted to do business locally. I was able to get two other companies to give me estimates within 2 days.

I would highly recommend Rooftop Innovations to anyone requiring services for roof and gutter repair. We were impacted by the recent hail and wind storms. Xavier Torres was at our door the very next morning offering free inspection. I was admittedly a bit leery at first about using the first contractor at our doorstep, but after looking at previous reviews and ensuring they were legitimate, we scheduled an inspection. Not unexpectedly, there was pretty significant damage to the roof and gutters. Xavier made it super easy to work with our homeowners insurance to get an estimate done, we had an estimate from our appraiser in less than a week. The crew at Rooftop Innovations set up a time to show us the materials they would be using, answer any and all questions about the process, and got us scheduled for our replacement roof and gutters. Initially they had us booked a few weeks out, but after some rescheduling we actually had it done within 2 weeks of starting the whole process. The new roof and gutters look amazing, and should last for many years to come. Xavier was available by phone and text at pretty much every step, and made sure we were happy with the work after the repair was completed. David Ash worked with us from day one knocking on our door letting me know he sees damage. I said I will get with the husband when he gets home. Same day I texted and he came over to speak with us. Next day or two, David Ash called Travelers Insurance for a 3 way call, getting the claim initiated, meeting the adjuster at our home for a walk around, letting us know the entire process/what we should expect after each task was complete. David Ash was onsite as the roof was put on. Taking pictures of damaged areas, which, the roofers fixed. I had questions such how does this work for that to happen and he spent time explaining it all. David along with Maverick helped make our decision on the color schemes painless. We had some weather to work around, but it actually turned out to be the best. David let us know in advance when he needed to come over for paperwork, inspection, pictures, etc. Timing of the entire process, super easy to reach by phone or text, professionalism, understanding the job, contacts for external /interior damage, and honesty - top notch.
