I have been going between 2 locations for 2 years now and some items are realistic prices like new furniture with a defect from a delivery damage. Some prices are list price And out of box items It’s great for small room rehabs like a bathroom tile, new tubs/inserts, the faucets not so much. . And lightning. Sometimes you can get a 10k full kitchen cabinet set for 1k and hardware for the doors @ 10% of cost. Solid doors are always great prices but Check the sizes. I purchased 5 panel bifolds @ 20% but they were 1” shorter. So I added a filler and trim on the top guide. Worth the few hours to save 1k. But don’t start the job til you get what you need Because right after your Finished, you will see something nicer. The flip side you will go there some times and see Nothing. Those are the days that you leave before you buy things...

Our dryer broke and we bought one off of Facebook marketplace. It ended up being broken too. We went a couple weeks without a dryer, taking our stuff to the laundry mat. However having 8 people in the house that can't always happen... I'm so glad I remembered about this place. We've never shopped here before and it was amazing!! We got a dryer for a fraction of the price a brand new one would cost... And they test some of their appliances before selling them!!! So we got a cheap working dryer!! The ladies working were so nice and helpful. When my husband went to pick it up they loaded up the dryer and we brought it on home! So easy!! Definitely will keep this store in mind for...

I visited this location for the first and last time, and I have to say, I was both mortified and amused by the pricing of some items. It was shocking to see furniture items that were scuffed and worn still priced at $1,200! I understand that quality matters, but I thought the intention was to help people and be an alternative to new items and prices, not just turn a profit.

For example, while the outdoor sectional was indeed nice, a price tag of $3,100 felt excessive. It made me question the priorities of this establishment. If you're looking for great deals or affordable options, you might want to think twice before stopping by. Overall, this experience left me disappointed...
