They r awful…internet goes out all the time and the customer service sucks. The only way they can trouble shoot your internet problems is by having u reboot the boxes. When that doesn’t work have to wait for hours for someone to call u back and then days for them to come and fix it…all this whole u r still paying for services u aren’t using because of them!!!...
