Dollar General — Local services in McKeesport

I had the WORST experience at this store. They had a 5 off 30 coupon on gain and it wasn’t working long story short manager I think her name is spelled thia was very rude and made me feel embarrassed. Told me there’s nothing she can do and kept saying “you going to get this stuff or not” then proceeded to say “I got other customers to take care of” so what I’m not a customer?!! I also spent other money and spent a hour in the store for u to not take care of me!!! I just felt so embarrassed that is not how you manage at all you’re just teaching your associates to be rude to customers. This won’t end here I will make sure everyone knows how rude this store is and to not shop here. I can’t believe u would treat any customer this way. I been to other dollar generals and never had a problems and if I did I always got taken care of!! This is crazy I never experienced this and the way I’m feeling is unacceptable!!! If I could give no starts I would cuz one star...

When i shop here usually everone is very nice..the only issue i ever have is that you stand at the check out for a good bit before they see your there.and i had a issue witht he old lady manager thea a few times.one time i was going to get something cause it had a sign saying it was on sale then she rudley told me the sale is not until tm i asked why the signs are up then and she says so we dont have to put them up tm.um nope you shouldnt do that.so i then said i should get sale price since signs are up and there is no dates on the sign she just was like nope and arw you getting anything else. Shes a very nasty woman. I dont see how she still works there.i also seen her being very rude to her other coworkers many times..same on you dollar general for allowing her to be that way.yall have camera check them out youll see it.so i now wont go if she is there.everyone else is very nice that...

Not a day goes by where I don't have to maneuver around pallets of merchandise and other (needs to be stocked) items they leave in the walkways. Most others are a mess too but this one is horrible. For two weeks straight I saw the same exact pallets in my way while walking through aisles: I don't think they put anything away anymore. Most, if not all other Dollar Generals, have African American hair products and this store does not. This place used to be friendly not sure if it's just new people or the same agents getting tired of their jobs but they have become very rude and unprofessional especially with the choice music they play on their phones speaker while working. Now it's to the point I almost feel like I have to bag my own stuff depending on who's working. I'd rather drive to the one in White Oak, it's cleaner and the agents are...
