Pizza Burgh — Restaurant in McKeesport

I ordered on their website yesterday and it charged my card. I called after an hour and fifteen minutes. They told me that they didn’t receive the order and I was okay with that because obviously there was some sort of glitch. The girl who answered the phone in the McKeesport location acted scare immediately and started talking to some man who was ranting about not giving a refund. They asked if the transaction was pending, I told them yes (all transactions go into pending and don’t post immediately). I told the girl that I would order again through her and pay. I would also keep an eye on the pending transaction over the next few days to see if it posts. She, still sounding scared even though I was very nice to her, asked to place me on hold. I say for 20 mins only for her to hang up on me. I called back immediately. She didn’t apologize or anything, just told me I could order again and pick it up. I was confused because I told her I would order but my last order was delivery for a reason… I was working. She then stuttered and said she didn’t want me to wait for delivery, I told her I was okay with it. Next thing you know, she told me I had to call the manager Mandy in Munhall. I asked her why and all she kept repeating was, “She can explain it better.” I called Mandy for her to tell me the same thing the girl told me and every time I attempted to talk, she spoke over me. Then, Mandy said I could order through her, but she does take card. What was the point of me calling? She talked over me so much that I had to tell her to stop talking and allow me to talk! I ended up telling her I will keep an eye on the transaction and see what it does, but I will not call another location and order, I will go elsewhere. I felt like they treated me as if I was causing trouble or lying all because my order didn’t go through. Of the person answer the phone and Mandy don’t know how to properly resolve issues, neither should be working with the public. I’ve never called to complain about anything, even the multiple times they sent me disgusting tasting chicken. Customers should not be treated the way I was…especially when we never...

I just referred someone to this place. I never had a problem, raved at how good the white pizza was I ordered, told the person how good the white pizza was cooked, the dough nice and golden and SOFT and the taste was excellent. Well, the person takes my word and order there white pizza there and was very dissatisfied and I mean dissatisfied the white pizza was dry and hard, walk into the place and did not like the odor in the establishment as well. I gave my apologies to the person and again my experience was not that but I feel bad because I referred them. However, I go to the establishment to inquiry about the white pizza the person ordered. Before I do that I do immediately notice the odor in the establishment, ok. I ask about if there is a new cook because I just referred someone here and to my dismay the person working register says, what do you mean, I dont know of any new cook I have been here for six months. Well, go figure. He then goes on to say, oh yes the person who ordered the white pizza with just cheese and pepperoni, we never had an order like that. I told her we can make it over again but she didn't want that. So we put slices of tomato on top and a little more cheese and placed back in oven for her. All I can say is, wow. I will never ever, NEVER EVER refer anyone here again personally, no I will not. Awesome customer service Pizza Burgh. I ranked you guys better than any other pizza spot around here but that ranking has now dropped. I'm out.

What can you do to make it right, offer FREE white pizza on the house for the person but that will not happen...

This pizza was fire and before I jump into details let me tell you what I ordered, a large extra cheese and pepperoni hand tossed, baby just go get it 🔥🔥🔥 “17.99 two topping large special”

Okay let’s get into it, I’m a pizza girl and I can say this is theee best pizza I’ve had in a while. I usually only get pizza that looks and tastes like this when I go out of town.From the crust to the toppings everything was fresh, just absolutely finger licking delicious. I ate more than I usually would!

I didn’t pick up my Husband did and said everything looked very clean and he had wonderful + respectful customer service from “the man behind the counter”

I will travel downtown to cafe milanos for pizza like this that’s my favorite place but I’m going out on a limb to say this might be better, I gotta see if yaw have a garlic butter sauce 👀
