Most of the staff here definitely have major prejudice issues... they take one look at you and immediately judge you by the way you look, and they don't even try to hide their judgment even a little bit! Every time I walk through the doors they immediately have staff following me and my kids up and down every isle like I am just shoveling items into my backpack by the arm load! And every time without fail I get to the door to leave and while they are letting every other customer before and after me walk right out the door without even a second glance but surprise surprise I get stopped and asked to show my receipt and get my bags searched through while they double check EVERY single item on my receipt and when that all checks out they even take it another step further and look me up and down, give me a very nasty and judgmental look all over their faces, and ask me if I have any other items not included on that receipt... I have NEVER stolen anything from them, never been charged for stealing anything, I've even had them call the cops and had them try to bring out their k9 unit and every other trick they possibly could think of to try to find ANYTHING they could arrest and charge me for, on THREE separate occasions! And each time they drag their heads while they snarl nasty remarks at me cuz they made themselves look like fools cuz I wasn't stealing at all... yet the staff at this Hannaford continue to single me out and pretty much harass me and my kids every time we step foot in the store. And with it being the only grocery store close enough for us to get to, I don't exactly have the ability to just go somewhere else from now on... being a single disabled mother of 2 is difficult enough as it is without being treated like this, especially in my own local grocery store! đ maybe you should consider some sensitivity training for your entire staff, and definitely some theft detection training too...

Today (Saturday) is I went in to pick up a prescription that I had called in last ThursdayâŚ.the pharmacist told me that it wasnât ready because I needed a Prior Authorization from my insurance company. I was a little upset because I never received a call about this after I called in prescription and I was out of this medication that I NEED! she told me that there wasnât much she could do for me until Monday. I proceeded to tell her that I CANNOT skip a dose of this medication without severe side effects and that I really didnât want to have a âshittyâ weekend because of this. Right before I was about to have a panic/cry fest and pull all my prescriptions out of there for good, she told me that she would see what she could do. A few moments later, she came back and told me that she would give me a store gift card to cover the cost of one pill from the prescription to get me to Monday!!! I was NOT expecting this! She instantly turned my panic into relief. She did not have to do that but she did. She went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of with the reassurance that Monday my prescription will be filled. She definitely excels in customer service and truly cares about them.    Read moreWhat an utter failure as a pharmacy. When you get on their bad side they'll cancel your refills and make you go to the doctor every week and have to fight with them to get anyone to answer the phone. Then when you show up they are all talking about their social lives without a care in the world. Won't answer my questions as to why I went from having 3 refills a month to none, I know why because I was being to much of a hassle and calling them out on their poor behaivor. Don't go here its nor worth your mental health.
Edit: credit is due I've seen a decent uptick in the effort on the part of everyone in the pharmacy. I'll give credit where it's due. The automated system is still a pain, it tells me there is no refills then I call the pharmacy and there is refills avalible. Also the notification to tell me my prescription is ready almost always comes after I have already picked up the prescription, it almost never tells me when ots actually ready. The service has improved greatly though and the new team is a lot more willing to help correct any issues. Still a bit of a hassle though compared to other pharmacies but they are...
