Terrible I wish I could give it zero Stars. My girlfriend and I bought a simple torch type lighter, got to our car and the lighter would not ignite. So then my girlfriend went back in the store by herself and asked for an exchange which he refused. So then we both went in because I was curious to why he wouldn't give us a new lighter when this one was defective. And as soon as we walked in together he says to my girlfriend "what's this your muscle"?referring to me. So I just kind of ignored that and explained that the lighter did not work, he then went on to adjusting it and filling it but to no avail, it was garbage and he new it but was still firm on the all sales are final thing. So then things got pretty heated between us and I finally got him to hand over a new lighter which he was complaining about the whole time saying he was going to lose his job over this $9 lighter. I believe this store and Lake Region convenience are owned by the same guy and both locations are ridiculously priced and the glass is very cheaply made, I also bought a nectar collector from the Lake Region convenience location and as soon as I put water in it it flowed right out the bottom but luckily at the time I knew the kid behind the counter and he gave me a new one even though he wasn't supposed to. The Smoke shop in Norway is my go-to place for all my dabbing and Vaping needs. They have a good selection super friendly helpful staff that actually know about what they're selling and a great selection and...

Really inconsistent pricing really good price on some thing but extremely high on other things so u nd to know what yr doing or bring someone that knows dont take their advice as gospel Ive been here when people ask jquestions and had to correct the store employee since he clearly had no clue what he was saying just trying to sound like he did to someone that doesn't know any better smh

3-months later Went back there because was in a hurry they dont have any of the 3-types of coils or any of the "this thing rips" pens and further goes on to say they are no longer being made and cant be found locally lol So I ask if he can cut me deal on complete globe setup says "I dont have the authority to do that" then 5-min later says if you buy this whole setup wich came with new battery a completely new setup he will cut me a deal" so now he has the authority???? I almost just got a cheapie coil and some butane decided I would check few miles up the rd so I drive 5-miles to 1st amendment not only did he have the "This Thing Rips" ( wich I was told are not being made anymore) but also had all three of the coils I was looking for even though they have a relatively small amt of electronics compared to Sam's I will probably never go back and im a daily snoker and enthusiest and its only like 3-miles from my house...

I stopped in here on my way home one night after driving by many times because I've been very curious about kratom and seen it advertised outside. Upon entering the store I seen they had a large inventory of not only kratom, but some cbd products, smoking apparatuses and replacement parts for different pieces, as well as a wide selection of different lighters and other smoking accessories. There were several other people in the store, and only one employee, so after waiting about 15 minutes to be helped after browsing around I asked if there was anybody else available to get some questions answered amd some advice and he looked over at me and said 'does it look like it?' I was more trying to hint that I needed help without being rude and demanding attention, but I guess he missed that lol. I waited a few more minutes before leaving. I did see they had pretty wide selection but after going online and researching prices amd strains, this location seem to be rather overpriced. I'll check in again at another time but I'll end up...
