We recently had a pretty poor experience with Ashley Furniture when purchasing our new mattress. They first promised to take away our old mattress/box spring but when the delivery crew showed up, they said they couldn't because it wasn't on their order. We had to call the Manager to get them to follow through with what they had promised us. Secondly, they ordered and delivered the wrong mattress. We ordered a Soft mattress but they delivered a Firm. The Delivery crew had already removed our old mattress and would not swap back to our original mattress after we noticed so we were forced to keep the Firm mattress until they could deliver the correct one. The manager at the store then called us and told us that it would be 3+ weeks until we would get delivered the correct mattress and there was nothing he could do about it to get it delivered earlier. Our only option was to bring the wrong mattress back to the store ourselves and pick up the "New" one. When we brought back the wrong mattress and pick up the "New" one, they first tried to give us a used mattress with a hole in the bottom. Luckily, we noticed at the store and pointed it out to the crew. They had another "New" one on hand and decided to give us that one. The manager at the store told us that he would give us $50 for our troubles and when we got to the store they refunded $70 which we though was better but turns out that was just the price difference in the beds since they ordered the wrong mattress. Read moreWhat an awesome experience. Needing some new furniture this was my first stop to get some ideas. After I walked into the store I was greeted by a very polite gentlemen named 'Kalvin". I was so impressed with how helpful and the value he placed on me as a customer. He took the time to get to know my lifestyle and what I possibly would like in my next living room furniture. He wasn't pushy at all and that's what drew me to liking him so well. I told him I was just swinging in to get some ideas and come back later after thinking about it at home. Thats when he gave me his business card to later reach out to him. The following day I wanted to check some other stores out before pulling the trigger at the first store. After shopping around I couldn't stop thinking of how impressed I was by "Kalvin" every store I was in I was remembering how kind and thoughtful he was with helping me shop for something I'll have in my home for the years to come. Even though I was at these other furniture stores I had my mind made up already I wanted to do business with him. He helped me picked out the perfect set and delivery was done in just a few days after the sale. Read moreWe recently visited Ashley Furniture and furniture Mart of Medford, Mn. We had an idea of what we wanted but realized once we got there it wasnt going to be as easy as we thought. Our sales person Kaci, not only treated us with the utmost respect, she also was extremely knowledgable about the products she was selling. Even know they work on a commission, at no point did she ever presure us, or try and sell us something that we didn't need. She did offer us a protection package, however because we got rid of our T-rex we didnt find a need for it. Joking of course .... no t-rex. Kaci and the manager Allan had informed me that some of the pieces of furniture we ordered were backordered and that it may be a few weeks. I was a bit disappointed that I would not get everything right away but was still extremely happy with how I had been treated so far and kind of just went with it. Early this morning (1 day after purchase) I received a call from Allan Kaci's manager, letting me know they did some hunting at their other locations and found the backordered peice we would have been waiting on. They didnt just place the bar they set it as well! Other places will have to jump really high to beat our experience with Ashly, and Furniture Mart. Thank you to Kaci and Allan for a great...
