Staff at Maurices was really awkward. I came in with an exchange, wanted to look around first. The sales associate grabbed the bag from my daughter as she said she would put it at the register. I had other purchases in the bag and told her no thanks. My daughter sat down in a chair, laying the bag at her feet and proceeded to play on her phone. Nevertheless, no bag in hand both sales associates watched me like a hawk, eyeing me at every turn. At one point I put the handful of clothes I'd picked out at the register. As I did, one of the girls was standing behind me and asked if I was ready to check out. I told her no and that I was only making sure to ease her concerns. It made for a really unenjoyable...
Read more"Happy" tails (pet store in outlet mall (medford)) should be shut down. Worse pet store I've ever seen! I travel for pet stores, along with zoos. This little (pet) store is on my list of worst "zoos" I've seen as well; just because I feel it's that bad.
Hopefully, someone sees this and takes it seriously. The care is terrible (of the animals) & your first impression will be the smell of Feline urine with no sign, not one, of a cat. Visit this location and see the rest for yourself. Please!
Ps: I wanted to buy all the animals (except the gator) just to get them out of there. The Alligator, I feel, is small for its age, but it is also the best (of God's creatures) cared for...
Read moreWebsite clearly posted that Christmas Eve hours were open to 8pm, I drove two hours from Wisconsin, arrived at 4pm and all but one or two places are closed. The stores I specifically came to shop at are not open and I drove four hours for nothing.
Mall management # goes to voicemail.
The mall had an obligation to include a warning next to their posted "Christmas Eve" hours telling people that not all stores would necessarily be open til 8pm. It feels like they posted incorrect hours on purpose to get as many shoppers to come here, thinking that if their desired store wasn't open people would just spend money at the one or two stores that were open.
