My favorite dispensary for over a year! Thank goodness for all of the other dispensaries that i get to tour now!

I'm a weekly customer and I bought 2 carts, on a day their power was out. I WASN'T offered a receipt, (which is 100% the norm here.) even tho they made me wait the time it took for dude to write the store a receipt! I've nvr needed a receipt b4 or had any problems. (Reason I didn't ask for 1) My mistake. Along w/ not inspecting items b4 walking out the door. My mistake, #2. When I got my carts home, I began opening 1 pkg & as I rolled the cart into my hand, I heard a pop/shatter. I videoed the mess & called to explain & get some resolution. Basically to b suggested that I was not telling the truth & tht I damaged it & am now expecting my ef up to b compensated by them?! I don't think so! Mgr kept mumbling & shaking his head. Looking at the cart over & over w/ that look of idiocracy. Either he didn't really know how to deal w/ this or he didnt WANT to deal. So, i asked straight up, for clarification- "Let me summarize, please... so ur saying that u never hv this problem (w/these specific carts) & it looks like it was damaged and then broke, right? therefore, the implication is that I'm trying to scam u out of 20 mf dollars?!" "WOW! No ma'am!" "That's super offensive! Its called integrity & accountability. Maybe those r fantastic character traits tht ALL PEOPLE in CS could re-educate themselves on?About to boil, i frustratingly said, "U can keep it, my word!"-
CUSTOMER SERVICE MUCH? the "mgr" kept whispering tht he NEVER has this issue. And, why he kept repeating that shows me tht he has very little experience in the comprehension of CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great CS is the key to a successful biz. Suggesting tht a consistent, weekly customer, (or a 1 time customer.; basically anyone) damaged a $20 product & then is expecting for y'all to be responsible for that?" It's Ludacris, Frankly. I'm a grown woman who has integrity. To b repetitively told or implied that I'm trying to scam ($20!) is beyond offensive! It's aggressive & disrespectful! Read moreI absolutely loved the budtender I had! Her name is Shelby, she really knew all about her products when I was asking questions about some products. I had asked a few different things that I needed help with some issues I was having like anxiety, insomnia, etc and she pointed me to the right products and gave me a few suggestions on a few other products, that I wouldn’t consider usually looking or trying but I had full trust in her since she knew what she was talking about very quick answers to my questions never had to really think or say umm so that’s how I really knew she knew about her products that she was carrying/selling, I tried the products she suggested and they definitely helped/worked! Her customer service was top notch! She’s very sweet and wanting to make sure I had the best service possible and of course the best experience with the products, She’s very passionate about her her job I can tell! Read moreWent there for a quick stop for my future bro in law. Although I didn't make a purchase, I went into the place to check it out. Very neatly set up and the guy helping us was great. I felt bad as we showed up super close to closing and due to financial issues and jet lag my fiancee's bro was a little cranky and snappy with everyone. I appreciate the guy trying to help and his patience through the mess. When my fiancee's bro left his I.D. in the store, the guy was quick on his feet to run it out to our car to make sure the I.d. was returned before we left. I'm sure that the guys will be back and their presence will be a bit better and not as rushed. Keep up...
