The staff was very friendly and interactive, although the one drink we ordered took much longer than normal to make. The drink itself, a medium hot annihilator with carmel (xtra sweet), was good by Dutch Bros standards...we typically get coffee at Black Rock because their drinks are overwhelmingly better. We did find it odd that the staff asked us if we wanted a straw with our hot drink. Is that a new policy...to ask if the customer wants a straw...
