Farmers Market — Local services in Medford

Don't judge a book by it's cover! Drove by a hundred times. Never could tell if they were open or closed. Looks kind of junky from the street? I stopped today and I'm so happy I did and so disappointed in myself for not doing so much earlier. They source what that can as local as possible then work their way out to the rest of Oregon then regionally. We don't grow avacados or oranges here so they have to reach out a little further to get them. If that offends you then don't eat them or move south. The grocer I spoke with was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about their products and producers here in the valley that I left feeling happy and filled with new knowledge. We will be coming back. I LOVE the owners and I LOVE the market. A local, hometown feeling! Kind. Helpful. Great selection of local organic produce all year! If you want healthy without that 'organic ego' (if you know what I mean) then this is your place. They even have this way cool and simple machine that allows YOU to make peanut butter. Absolutely gorgeous produce and a nice selection of sauces, Ginger spreads, Dry Goods, Etc. Purchased some beautiful purple carrots, flawlessly ripened avocados, raw local honey, and some beautiful hand throw coffee mugs. Conveniently located on the edge of Phoenix right off Highway 99... And kind and helpful Proprietors. I enjoy pushing my twins in the stroller and telling them would all the fruits and vegetables are. Oh and I got some limes that have more juice than any limes I've ever had in America....
