Horrible customer service. Was told $125 out the door" for a part and waited for it to be shipped there instead of getting one that day. Next day when I go in he says it's $175 without the core. Nothing was said of the core on the phone. I was $15 short and the manager decided he would rather I break down on the side of the road because he misquoted the price and I brought the price I was quoted. They don't stand by their word and they wouldnt work with me at all. I even offered to change it right there or bring the core back before closing but that wasn't enough over $15 for this manager to help out a life long napa customer. I'll never buy anything from this napa or any other napa ever, and will tell everyone I know how little the manager of this store cares about providing good customer service when someone is in a bind. He also needs to learn to quote people the price with the core included or tell them about the core charge like literally every other auto parts store I've ever bought a part from. When I returned the parts because they were defective, the manager said that because I didnāt have the box I needed to ship them back to the online supplier at my own expense. So, I called corporate and they wanted a shop to check the parts to make sure the parts really were defective.
