Had a problem with our Cub Cadet mower about 3 months ago. Since he bought from Fourmens, he took it to them to have it repaired. They told him they would get to it in a couple days. A few weeks later, mower not fixed. The third time my husband called them, they said the part was missing from the delivery truck, and never delivered. The first two times he called, he was told it had not been delivered. The part should be in in a few days. They did give us a lawn mower to use while we waited for ours to be repaired. Finally got the mower back, after they said they fixed it. It is still having the same problem as before. Very disappointed with their service. Going to chalk the money and time wasted, up to experience. We’ll take it elsewhere to get it repaired and not buy any equipment from them...

Same day pickup(I'm 14 miles away, too!), done in a day and a half, and delivered the next business day. Ryan helped me all the way thru the process. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Fourmens and I plan to bring them all the business I can in the future. I appreciate high level customer service....
