Culver’s — Restaurant in Medford

Child exploitation!

My kids like Culver’s. The business has been exploiting my children. The prices have been raised twice on the kids meals in less than a year and aren’t available for a military discount. Today the lady tried to charge me for sauce that my kid wanted with the meal for his fries.

This absolutely ridiculous! Every time I come here my children are exploited for my money.

These people play Christian music and are anything but…

My bill went from $12.85 to 13.08 to 13.27 in less than 6 months.

I am getting up charged for items for related to children’s meal.

This Culver’s seems to hire child labor. I am not sure these children are even old enough to work legally.

Every time I come here the service deteriorates and the prices go up. If it wasn’t for my children I never step foot here

The owners are rude and will give you the run around or in this case passive aggressively raise the price.

This place is a disappointment to the Culver’s brand. I just dread coming here.

I dread eating what my kids didnt eat of their meal but yet cant stand for my money to go waste because the price keeps going up.

Culver’s experience ruined once again for my children and I.

Do not recommend curd-side ordering. It never fails that something is missed in my order, when I order online. Typically I'm in a hurry and lack the energy to run back out to get what was missed (it's ranged from the side, to the drink, to even a sandwich!) so I let it go. Placed on online order 9/19 and two sides were missed, so this time I did run back out to get them. They expedited it which was cool but also sent me with a coupon for free curds. Honestly, I don't want the free food. I just want what is ordered and paid for the first time around. After working 14+ hours in a day, I didn't have the energy to cook, and really didn't appreciate being put in a position where I needed to head out again to pick up what they missed the first time around.

They don't respond to surveys. I've never had them answer the phone when I have tried to call and let them know what was missed so I could just run in and pick up, instead of wasting more time waiting...

This location has only been open a handful of years. Service had always been great...the last 6-12 months? Not so much. Do the drive thru or go inside. Don't fall victim to the surface convenience of online...

DASHERS AND DOORDASH CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! This Culver's doesn't even start your order until drive thru and counter are completely clear. Which affects dashers times, numbers and ultimately their pay. 3 times I waited over 20 minute dashers time for one to two item orders. And all were during a slow time in the dining room. So if you've ever been sore with doordash or your delivery dasher, its the restaurants fault!! THEN, little kid at counter wants to PHYSICALLY take my phone from my hand to "verify" the order. ABSOLUTELY NOT! When manager is confronted about the CLEAR violation, I was told quote " The owner of this Culver's is a former cop so if you dont like our policies, dont pick up our orders" . Deciding and researching legalities of the entire situation. Since intimidation and threats are the name of the game at this Culver's, that's one less dasher so..your order will probably take even longer...good luck. DO...
