Red Door Boutique — Local services in Medford

What a shame. Not really sure why these people seemed to have a vendetta against my Boyfriend and I but we simply tried to EXCHANGE an unopened lingerie set, still in a plastic package. My boyfriend had visited the store the previous night and purchased the set, however the size that we actually needed was on the mannequin and it was the only other size they had. I’m am still very confused as to why the individual working was unwilling to actually listen to what we were asking to do, she just kept repeating “I can’t do anything” The owner and another employee who had been working the night before were just hiding in the back, and were “busy”. The whole interaction was just off. It is a shame because I saw several other items I would’ve bought but I’m not going to support them. I was so nervous to go into the adult shop for the 1st time but they made me feel so welcomed, helped in educating me about the different types of toys and lubricants that they offer. These people really know their stuff and take pride in the quality products that they sell. I usually spend at least an hour when I go in because they are always updating their inventoryl and they let you touch any of the toys to get a feel for the material to see if it's the right consistency/ speed your looking for. I can not say enough good things about this boutique and the 2 lovely humans that run it. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a real high-quality store that's not a bunch of cheap plastic junk like the rest of the stores...

This is the nicest adult shop I have been in. I went in with my partners an the owner was working and happily showed us around to the toys they had and even pulled out displays they didn't have set out to make sure that we were getting what we wanted. He was very good at keeping our hands free when we went up to the counter with either questions or to look at something else with a product from the shelves he rung it up and put it in a bag so we didn't have to wait while paying. Everything there is very high quality and even chatted about ways to be safe while buying from online shops. My only regret is that I live to far to come in often and I can't give a higher rating.
