Terrible greedy Doctors, there is no other way to put it. The staff there is always quite rude and act like calling them on the phone is such a huge bother and they feel like they are better than anyone. Dr. Williams people are the worst offenders. Last Friday my Dad had the rare weekday off, and he has been in pain for a few weeks. He had hernia surgery about 15 years ago and may have reinjured it, but either way he has been in a lot of pain for a few weeks. He was told that Dr. Williams was too busy to see him and the woman on the phone was quite rude about it. They expected him to take another day off and lose $1000 of work for a high and mighty Doctor just to be referred to someone else. Then this week we got a letter saying Dr. Williams was switching to only sports medicine and orthopedics and dumping all other patients. I would point out he is keeping the highest paying patients. This includes my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's and does not do well with change. They reassigned her to some nurse practitioner and the Group I called had no idea of her medical history. I left that office because my doctor never got off of her chair when we came in to see her for health reasons such as being sick or when we were in a car accident!! The Doctor did her Care by sitting in her chair asking questions/listening to us and then sending us to someone else for additional care😔 how pathetically sad is that! Also she was hardly ever at the office! Yes she was pregnant at the time and then after having her baby five years later she still hardly in the office- one day a week maybe. so I switched to another Providence office to see a new provider and I only seen that doctor Evelyn L Henry once and then she tells Providence on the Southside that she's leaving for 6 months and not sure when or if she's even coming back😥 The customer service and care for patience is pathetic to say the least!! Bottom line is Providence has changed throughout the years and all they truly care about is the bottom line not the care for the patients their staff is less then to be desired and have really no good customer service and the Doctors Care over you is Slim and...

My Grandma just relayed her experience with this clinic to me as we were talking about walk in clinics here in the Rogue Valley. She explained after she visited us in California she went in to the clinic here. (She left with a horrible cough and wouldn't go in down in CA.) She was waiting from 11 am to 7 at night. She asked why it was taking so long at one point. The lady at the desk told her she had to wait her turn. That there were patients with appointments and they came first. First off this information should be relayed to an 85yr old patient with an awful cough at time of check in. They then should have offered her an apt time. If you're offering a walk in service and this is the standard wait time then maybe this clinic needs to re-evaluate their walk in service. There was another patient who came in shortly after her and was still there when she left. Again unacceptable. As a person in the health care field I get wait times but this us no where near reasonable for a walk in service. Seriously you guys...
