I've shopped here several times with my daughter as we wait for her classes to start at the Y across the street. I love that it's a cute place with a good selection of educational toys and art supplies. My last experience however was very poor. My daughter wanted to explore the store next to the toys and look at jewelry. The store clerk decided to watch us the whole time we browsed. The clerk tried to be inconspicuous but it was blatantly obvious. I felt absolutely sad and angry to be profiled like this but decided not to make a scene as I was with my daughter. My daughter ended up buying a silver bracelet and a how to draw book, but that would be our final purchase...

This is a fantastic store. A locally owned little gem, where the staff are super attentive and always jump to help you find the perfect gift. They rescued my butt several times during Covid - I would call them and say "Help I need a gift in the $30 range for a 4 year old's birthday who likes crafts" and they would tell me what they had and even delivered it.

I also love that their selection is all quality stuff - more nicely made toys, wooden or metal toys. They also have a lot of good art stuff and don't have so much "junk" toys like you might see at the mall. Definitely skew towards the...

I love this little toy shop😊 Our first time visiting the other day with my daughter who had saved up money in her piggy bank for months! When the cashier heard she was using her own money she gave her a discount😭🥺 How sweet is that?!

Those are the small things that really make a huge difference in the long run for small businesses and customer loyalty!! I know that we will absolutely be coming back to Lilah Rose the next time my daughter saves up in her...
