If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made the foolish mistake of asking medications to be filled at this pharmacy that I really need and it has been a full day since those meds were filled and I’ve received no communication whatsoever about them being ready. Additionally, I tried calling the pharmacy 5 times about them and apparently nobody answers the phone back there or they pick up the phone and hang it up again. I’ve been in healthcare for half my life and also am no stranger to filling scripts at pharmacies and this experience has been absolutely horrendous. I just called the practitioner I saw to have my meds moved somewhere else that will actually fill my meds in a timely manner.
Oh and it gets worse. Since I’ve been getting flat out ignored trying to call this place, I decided last night to try to go in person and ask the pharmacy was was going on and I don’t know if they’re the only one working there or something but there was a sign on the door that said “be right back”. The employee opened the door walking someone out, looked at us and said “it’ll be just a minute”, closed the door and just never came back. The store was due to be open another 4 hours… and the pharmacy was going to close in 30 minutes at that point.
I’m pretty empathetic and being in healthcare myself and it being a form of customer service, I know how hard it is to be understaffed and probably underpaid… but this is inappropriate all around… I feel for anyone who really need their medications and chooses this pharmacy because you’re going to...
Read moreUnjust Accusation and Mistreatment at CVS - June 15, 2025 I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding an incident that occurred at CVS on June 15, 2025. As a monthly membership holder, I stopped at the store on my way to work to purchase snacks, dog food, and other items. After an initial payment issue at one self-checkout, an employee kindly moved me to another register where I successfully paid for all my purchases. Immediately after, I was approached by three police officers, handcuffed, and accused of being a "habitual shoplifter" at that location. I was shocked by this false accusation, especially since I rarely visit this particular CVS and do not live nearby. I repeatedly requested to see any video evidence supporting their claims, but none was provided. Despite my protests and the fact that I had just paid for all my items, I was placed in the back of a police car. The officer then informed me I was banned from the store and would be charged with trespassing if I returned. I was not given a copy of any documentation I may have signed. This incident has raised serious concerns about mistaken identity and the complete lack of due process. My personal Google timeline can verify my whereabouts, proving this accusation is entirely unfounded. I am deeply disturbed by being falsely accused and treated as a criminal without any proof, particularly after paying for everything I purchased. This was a highly distressing and...
Read moreI would like to give 0 stars for this location's handling of Covid-19 testing. I only came to this location because nowhere else had any appointments left for the day and I get my prescriptions from this location. I was tested on 5/27 and today 6/6 still have no results. There is only a recording when you are transferred to Minute Clinic and there is no one to speak with as to why the results are taking so long. I have family members that were tested elsewhere at the same time and got their results in 2 days or less. I called and actually finally got a pharmacy rep on the phone today and nothing. She was not caring and not helping at all. She basically said they have nothing to do with it and there is no one I can talk to. So just wait?? Quarantine a year?? Unacceptable. I only even get my prescriptions from CVS because I was forced to by my insurance company. I will be contacting them to not pay for this test as I have not received my results. And we wonder how Covid is so bad. You can not let a person know their results and if they are asymptomatic they will continue to spread it because they don't know...
