Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Memphis

I left my debit card there on Sunday afternoon. I called on Tuesday evening to see if they had it and the worker On the phone said they did. I verified my name and she said they had it and would keep it for me. I told her i would be in the next day to pick it up. I just went in to get it and the male worker behind the counter told me they did not have it or if they did have it, he did not know where it was. He even went so far as to say that the manager probably threw it away. I told him the manager said she would hold it for me and so I knew it was there. He did not even bother to look for it. He opened one drawer and barely looked in it. He was extremely rude and made no effort to look for my debit card. He then told me to get “the “f” out of his store. I have been buying ice cream and ice cream cakes there for over 35 years. I will never step foot back in that Baskin Robbins again. I am furious...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins #360869 (6114 Quince Rd, Memphis, TN, owned by Vic Patel) on September 2, 2025. I ordered a single scoop of Chocolate Fudge ice cream in a waffle bowl with hot fudge and paid $8 cash.

My order was handled by three young employees who were clearly inexperienced. After a long wait, they initially prepared the wrong flavor and the hot fudge was barely any and not heated properly. When I raised my concerns, the manager, Montrell, only appeared after I called the police and dismissively told me “hot fudge is not really hot” and to “cut the theatrics,” which was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I was refused a refund and had to involve the police just to get a receipt, and even then, it was initially for the wrong transaction. I will not return to this location and hope corporate addresses the poor service and lack of...

Walked into the restaurant at 9:40pm. The lady asked me what did I want as she proceeded to clean whatever it was she was cleaning. I told her my order then she kept cleaning whatever it was that she was cleaning. Okay cool, no problem so I was walking around looking at the other flavors while she continued to clean. She then turned around and said to me we're literally trying to close so what's your order. I'm like I already gave you my order plus yall don't close until 10pm. Of course she kept trying to cut me off but I wasn't going for none of that... she was rude cause if she would've been listening to me the first time I could've been in and out. The other girl was sweet! Just not the one who checked me out. Basin robins too damn high to be dealing with attitudes like that, LBVS!! -100000/10 don't go 20 minutes before they close apparently cause their trying...
