I was unfortunate enough to try and place an order with this company. Basically hear my experiences after about 5 days of waiting on my order invoice shipment number to come in I emailed them and after a couple of days they got back to me and informed me that they canceled my order by mistake and that it was backorderable now since it was no longer in stock. So they've been decided to try and see if I would be interested in reordering with them and hey mistakes happen I get it that being said I inquired if there is anything to make the situation right on my end and their end and they basically inform me that because it would still not be here at this time there's nothing that they could do to better their customer service because I still wouldn't have had it even if it placed properly. then they tried to convince me to reorder with them at full price and everything even though I would now be waiting an extra probably month by the time it would get here versus it being here by the end of the week I urge anyone who is about to use this company or order from them do not. especially if you're using your card because it will just jerk around your finances and false charges all over your card I advise you to just do business with a more reputable and honest and upfront company that isn't more professional than they are which really would not be difficult. the customer not just try and continue to try and get business from that customer without making sure that they have made things right on their end in regards to the mistake that they caused otherwise it's a poor show of business etiquette and quite frankly shows that they really don't care about their customer just about their...

Ordered an 8' cast net that was $110.00 plus $20.00 shipping and expected to get a quality castnet. When I received the cast net I had to retie a few of the loose ends that were coming undone. Threw it in the yard a few times and did not like the way it threw and I have been throwing cast nets for 20+ years. It looked as though a few of the main mono lines that run the 8' down and connect to the weighted part of the cast net were not the same length all the way around so it was throwing there balance off. It was a brand new net and inalready had to tie up a few loose ends so I was not about to start redoing the main lines of the net, that's why I bought a net instead of building one myself. I have had better quality out of a $40.00 net from Walmart that I throw in rockier areas that I can justify sacrifice if it gets hung up. I tried to return the net and they wanted me to pay a 25% restocking fee and I had to pay return shipping. So after all said and done I would have to Pay almost $30 in a restocking fee, almost 30 bucks return shipping and not to mention the $20 I paid on shipping initially. Therefore after I return the net I would still pay $80.00 for the initial $110 cast net, that I wouldn't have. The girl on the phone did not know why I still did not want to return it and would not take away the restocking fee. I will be sticking with Betts cast nets from now on. This place is a joke after 15 years of being a customer I placed an order and never received it I emailed rich and ricky and they both told me I didn't receive my materials because my credit card was declined I said I already paid 646 bucks to you and they said we didn't receive payment and your not getting materials I said well I'm not paying twice for the materials then they said get ahold of your bank so I did and shure enough on April 23rd they took 646.23 cents off my card I emailed them back and they told me it was fraudulent activity on my card and there response was call your bank again and say you want the money back because you didn't receive any materials so I did that and now I have to wait up to 90 days with the claims department with my bank there is no customer service here at this place and they don't care about any of there customers not only did they lose me as a customer they lost all of bay mills Indian community as customers I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone there materials are overpriced and this is the 2nd Time this happened to me they made me lose thousands of dollars I would highly recommend either Duluth nets or Johnston's net and twine company you can Google those 2 companies and they treat there customers like family so I'm sorry to say Memphis net and twine you lost some very good customers with your incompetence but this company...
