I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered whole wings, but when I arrived, they gave me party wings instead. Despite returning the order multiple times and explaining the issue, they still didn’t get it right. At first, they handed me plain fried wings with nothing on them. Then, instead of properly preparing the flavors I requested, they just poured hot sauce over the wings. I ordered regular hot with season and lemon pepper. I still did not get any season or lemon pepper on my wings. It felt like they weren't keeping track of orders and were just trying to throw something together at the last minute. If she had of found and looked at my ticket she would have knew what my order was and fixed it correctly. She just kept asking me “what did you have again” only to constantly get it wrong. This place is definitely a Hidden Gem in the Memphis area. I noticed by how many people were coming to get their orders that the food must be delicious and when I was standing there so many people kept telling me how good the food was. The quality of the food fits the price you have very large portions and the food has a lot of good seasoning so no need to ask for salt pepper or anything on the side because this food delivers! The only downside to this restaurant is that it takes quite a while for your order. I waited about 35 to 45 minutes for my order as a walk up. I see they have a telephone number and many people must have called in their order due to the time it takes to get your food. If you're hungry, and they're actually open it's a good place to get food. But, the environment, and customer service is extremely lacking! They've built this new outdoor area cover I guess to protect people from the elements, that's all well and good, but still the customer service sucks! Why did it take 35 minutes to cook four chicken wings with just seasoning on them? Then when I approach the window after the 35 minutes, I'm told it's another 5 minutes! Why does it take 40 minutes to cook four chicken wings? Maybe stop yapping so much in the kitchen, playing around the stove, and actually get to work and you won't have these issues!
