I've heard so much about this fried chicken so I drove 25 mins to see what was the rave. There weren't any menus or meal packages. Only a 2 piece or 8 piece chicken only. Chicken was hot and fresh out of the fryer. While waiting customers in line were stating I was in for a treat. Chicken was good! I like the flavor and seasoned well, but personally, I prefer Gus's because of the spice. If you don't prefer spice than this chicken is for you. My only negative was they wrap the chicken with plastic wrap on little trays which makes the chicken soggy. Being I had a drive, I put a whole in the plastic and placed it in the oven when I got home.

This location is ALWAYS really clean and organized. They're in the process of remodeling the outside, but the area is accessible and clean. (*You'll have an easier time finding the parking lot sign than the one on the building itself) They seem to have a wider variety in groceries than Kroger or Wal-Mart,. They have a great in-store hardware department and I even saw some cute hats and tunics near the entry. Their grocery prices are comparable to Wal-Mart. Their produce selection always seems well stocked with a wide variety of foods, and is well- kept by the store- even the bathrooms are clean here!!!

I purchased a package of Starling Mild Souse from Super Lo Foods on Covington Pike, which I opened today (8/9/25). Inside, I found a strip of inedible gelatin approximately 5 inches long and 4 inches wide running along the meat. It is unacceptable that this product would be sold to customers in this condition. This feels like a poor-quality product and a waste of money. I expect better quality control from both the store and the supplier. Canā€™t believe they sold this to customers.

Superlo Foods is a great place to shop, and cheaper than most grocery stores. I visited today, and noticed that Covington Pike location has self-checkout, and as I was coming with headphones in I walked through self-checkout, and was stopped with immediate force and was asked to walk around. What I donā€™t appreciate is an employee jumping in front of me invading my personal space.

I was on the phone, and admit I didnā€™t hear anyone trying to get my attention as I walked in. I understand CDC guidelines, and have consideration and respect for other shoppers.

In order to have clarity for self-checkout and entering please have signs to direct shoppers as they enter. Using force will cause altercations with employees...

Hello to whom it may concern Came into thus location to pay light bill like I always do. 10/19/2017 I started at check out cashier black female name Jarr.. She started to check out black lady in Front of us talked to her ect. The belt with grocery was running fast made one of the ladies bag of chips fall on floor beside her, told the cashier and she never looks or spoke a word to me. Wouldn't pick up chips my husband went over behind her and pick the ladies chips. Cashier was rude never acknowledge me or my hubby we are white people. When it was time to ring us up she never! Said hi or nothing spoke to the ladies behind us never said thank you. I will never shop...

Thanks for 3 days my uncle is visiting me now keep asking me to go get him some ice cream he loves cookies and cream ice cream I thought well before I go in tonight I will stop and buy him some cookies and cream ice cream and I did I wanted to surprise him I stopped into super-low and got some they still had some ice cream and when I got in from the store I handed it to him and he was so surprised he's at all thank you thank you thank you for getting me this cookies and cream ice cream he was so surprised and eating the ice cream guess what he didn't even offer me any of that ice cream I had just purchased I need you to eat it all by himself he was not...
