I’ve had the best relationship with Pedego. Service is above five star. Anytime I need something from an adjustment in seat range to questions about anything they find me the answer. Service sales rentals are all done with them-at this store They are in a great location and so close to one of the most beautiful bike paths in the metro. If I have friends in town I will rent e bikes from Pedego and give a twin cites tour to my friends. Once my friends find out how much fun it is on an e bike they don’t want to stop. I had my first visit to the new Pedego store in Mendota Heights this morning. My husband and I joined the teams first group ride from the new store. The ride was well planned, organized and full of great sites. We enjoyed every minute. The new store is wonderful. It has great inventory and is in a nice location that is easy to access. Plus, it has beautiful paved trails near by, which was a nice surprise. The Pedego team is wonderful and always full of smiles. Fantastic place to rent electric bikes. My girlfriend and I rented two of the elements (electric bikes with bigger off road type tires). Everyone was incredibly nice and informative throughout the booking and actual pick up/drop off.

The location is perfect as it is right off of major bike trails that go all over and along the river with great sights. The bikes were great and super easy to use, not to mention a blast to ride! Highly recommend!
