I rented a Karaoke machine that was unable to be louder than my $80 walmart speaker despite barely being able to load the massive speaker into my car. I had to rummage through my house during our party to find AVS cords because the ones provided (and held together by electric tape) did not work. I was told I could play any device into speaker when I rented machine and I could not-no aux hook up to play more relevant songs. So I had to buy that cord prior to the party. The microphone was the only item that I used. So don't rent this machine that "works just fine" per management. Buy literally any speaker with a microphone jack, youtube the karaoke song, and it will work much better and (jokes on me) cost 1/4 of the price of this rental. Company offered "partial store credit" weeks ago but then we heard nothing from them. Not sure I would have faith in any of their other rentals given they still rent out this essentially worthless and archaic machine. Never fun to feel taken advantage of but hopefully this helps someone else...

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! I'm am truly in awe of how extraordinary the service and quality of my experience was with Fun Jumps Ent. Brian and his team answered the many questions I had for an event I was spearheading for work, a first of it's kind for the organization, and with the estimated headcount - we tapped into all the desires and budget. Brian was exceptional with his knowledge, and his personality made it SO FUN to engage with. He updated the contract and budget sheets with details that helped make my job so much easier, he called and emailed to double check before proceeding to finalize anything, we called me the day prior to the event when I was running around planning with the team to make sure I had everything I needed. He was able to help me with a perfect delivery window schedule and pick up time. His team delivered and stacked all the equipment neatly and in an organized space. I was truly blown away at how EASY and enjoyable the entire experience was. I can't wait to work with Fun...

This was the third time we used Fun Jumps for a rental of a bounce house. We rented it for the weekend (Friday pickup and Monday drop off) for our daughter's birthday party. I had great communication from Rachel and the flexibility with the Friday pickup and Monday drop off was pretty awesome. Pick-up on Friday was quick and easy with the bounce house, chairs, tables and Pucker Powder dispenser loaded into our van by Chris who explained everything well and took the time to answer any questions. The bounce house is always a hit and the Pucker Powder dispenser was liked by the kids and adults. Everything worked as expected with no issues.

We will be using Fun Jumps for future rentals. Your prices and service can not be beat by any of the other places in the Twin Cities offering the same products and services. If you are out of the delivery area it is still worth the drive to pickup just for the prices and...
