Froedtert - RAYUS Radiology — Local services in Menomonee Falls

This location is sub-par. Lady checking us in could not find us because she couldn’t spell the last name correctly, even though we repeated it multiple times. Next we were informed that our check in time was moved to an hour later. We were told that someone called to tell us this, but we never received a call. We even called after they had apparently called us just to confirm and we were given the original time. Communication is horrible. Check in staff are incompetent, giving a bad first impression. Unfortunately there are fewer and fewer places to go for your radiology needs, but if you do need this service, put this location at the bottom...

The worst/longest wait I've ever had. I had a 9:10 appt and was kept waiting nearly 2 hours. Not once did the tech come out to let me know, told the front desk it would be 10 mins....40 mins later still sitting there. Like a meat-locker freezing cold. I told the tech he should have let me know, not said twice "10 mins" - he apologized profusely but no food or drink, and the cold didn't help. ONE staff member did offer me a warm blanket. Would not go back here! Sent the reports to my dr with NO images! Calling now to get those sent! Didn't get out of...

I like how fast radiology gets a hold of you after the orders are in scheduling and so forth. I'm accustomed to a little bit more communications while in the bore of the Mr magnet, today was the first time I was in the bore as they set up the magnet where it was dead silence for several minutes that made me much more anxious than usual where I had to squeeze the "bulb" to get out for a minute or two. I've had over 20 MRIs so I'm used to them but I just need more communication while in the magnet. I'm sure this would help many others with...
