I am totally impressed with Denny's Appliance. I called for a service call late in the afternoon, and when the technician called me back I told him what the problem was and that the washer was working again. He told me the problem seemed to be in the drain filter. He then told me how to fix it myself if the problem reoccurred. The problem did happen again, I fixed it like I was told and all is good.. WHO tells a customer how to fix something themselves to save a service call. THIS IS INTEGRITY!...

Stopped in to hopefully get a part for a dryer. They didn't have it, but were willing to order it. Since we were looking to get the dryer fixed ASAP, an employee named Deb (I believe) called over to another appliance business to see if the part was there. It was!
