My daughter and visited last night. on Tuesday, December 10th, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the ambiance and the very friendly staff who welcomed me with smiles and greeting.
One of the standout features of this theatre is the pre-order food option. I was able to select my favorite snacks and meals right from my home in the morning, which made the entire experience so convenient and took care of Mommy dinner duties The customer service at the Togo pre-order food counter was absolutely awesome! The staff were incredibly helpful, as it was our first time and we arrived early. A couple young men balled us with the order getting fired early and made some adjustments to my BYO pizza, Their attentiveness made my visit even more enjoyable very helpful and incredibly friendly even though they were busy.
The highlight was the amazing thin-crust pizza! It was simply delicious—crispy, fresh, and loaded with flavor. I couldn't believe I was enjoying such high-quality food while watching a classic film like My Neighbor Totoro. The combination of great food and a heartwarming movie made for a perfect evening.
Speaking of comfort, the adjustable seats were nice (not heated, in theatre 9). My favorite part was the arm rest comes up and you can cuddle, my daughter and I had a very good time
I also have to commend the cleanliness of the soda area and the theater itself. Everything was impeccably tidy, which added to the overall experience.
I can’t imagine going anywhere else for a night out at the movies. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a movie night out. I can't...
Read moreWe went on a Thursday night and it wasn’t busy at all. There were about 5 staff people behind the counter and no line. A couple of what seemed older/higher management people outside the food counter. We stood there in line while they just talked and joked with each other and paid no attention to us. When someone finally acted as if they could help us even though it was inconvenient to them, and we said we had an order from Zaffiros. The girl said well it’s not guaranteed until the order time (it was three minutes before) so we took our popcorn and put it at our seats and came back. Then go back to be ignored again for another 10 minutes, by which time our movie started and we are still standing there. Staff just joking around with each other and looking at their phones. Finally someone acknowledges us and then goes back to look for our food , we wait again and the come up and sarcastically say well you wanted it hot didn’t you? And said well it’s not really guaranteed at the time you were promised and said it was just done at that minute so it was hot and fresh (which was bs because the pizza was cold and barely fully cooked). Staff just wanted to clown around and let all the customers that were there stand and wait til they were done socializing. Missed the start of the movie to be treated like a problem and then get cold food served with a side of attitude. Terrible, especially since in the past we’ve had good experiences at Marcus. It’s not cheap to go to the movies anymore so it’s a big deal and a special treat to us to do so. With tickets and food we spent $120 there so it’s a special occasion we can’t do all the time. Not a...
Read moreIt started out with parking. I understand I live in a cold state, but logic would have it that you would center the entrance to your facility in the parking lot, not have customers park in the back and then have to walk to the front of the building to get in. Once inside getting my tickets was a breeze (I pre-purchased and did the will call kiosk). So I am thinking snacks. Go to the concession stand only to find out the kids behind the counter were more concerned about hanging out with their buddies than serving customers. I ask a few questions about menu items to see if I would need to purchase a sauce with my appetizer. The girl helping us answered my ONE question with an annoyed tone. Okay fine two bad experiences I can handle that. I can even handle that half way through my order they ran out of concessions and had to cancel some items. What I can't handle is that after my long wait for food the person that handed it over to me slopped marinara sauce all over the place and didn't even seem to think there was an issue with that. (It was supposed to be ranch, or at least that was what the annoyed girl told me. I guess I didn't care that much I just didn't want to get food all over my winter coat I would need later for the long haul back to the car). After collecting napkins in the hidden corner of the concession area I headed in to the theater. There was a one door entrance and exit. I got to my row only to find my seats were on the other side of a steel bar! I tried the theater because it was a half way point for me to meet with family. Next time I will drive the...
